OWRA Members receive PRIORITY registration September 15 - 29th.  Workshop will be available to everyone on September 30.

Join us to learn all about Ohio’s wonderful world of butterflies! This workshop will focus on the housing and care of butterflies, as well as how to prevent and deal with common illnesses such as OE in monarchs and parasitic wasps in black swallowtail butterflies. We will also learn about some basic ID for butterflies and moths, and tagging methods for monarch migration. Instructor: Heather Tuttle, Back to the Wild

  • Pre-conference workshop with limited registration
  • May attend the workshop without registering for the conference; separate registration required for all pre-conference workshops. 
  • Registration fee includes handouts and certificate of completion
  • Membership must be current at the time of registration to receive the member discount. Membership period is Jan 1- Dec 31 and is not prorated.
  • Lunch is optional with this class for an additional $20; separate registration required. Vegetarian option available.
  • Walk-ins are accepted if space is available
  • Payment is due upon arrival
    • Pre-registration is preferred
